Leaders in Public-Private Partnerships
When the military was faced with an immediate need to replace outdated housing stock and a growing list of maintenance woes, they turned to the private sector in one of the nation’s most successful public-private partnerships to date. By transforming installations from coast to coast, our team of related companies is generating ideas that use “new urbanism” to improve morale and to create award-winning neighborhoods designed specifically for the needs of military families. Starting with homes at Naval Base San Diego, these ideas are now improving the lives of our military families in the Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marines at 47,000 homes across 21 installations.

“Their innovation and hard work drastically improves our service members' quality of life.”
— Colonel John Strycula, Fort Belvoir Garrison Commander
