Pacific Beacon was born at a time when military retention was mission critical. It started with a bold idea: to create a new lifestyle for single active duty service members defending a nation at war. CRC, together with our related companies, gathered focus groups of single active duty service members and companies like The Disney Institute to develop active programming tailored to improve the lives of off-duty single service members. The result was embracing fun, self-improvement, and social interaction in the design and programming of Pacific Beacon. By giving our real life heroes laid-back off-duty lifestyles with personal trainers, many social connectivity points, outdoor excursions, and continuing education, Pacific Beacon is boosting morale on duty while delivering a reprieve from the daily stresses of military life.
